Dry needling is a technique that helps reduce muscle spasm and trigger points while improving pain control. Similar to acupuncture, dry needling uses very small needles. The needles are placed in the affected muscle and manipulated in a specific way to help the muscles relax and reduce the trigger point. Dry needling often results in immediate pain relief and reduced muscle contracture, allowing for improved mobility and function of that muscle and surrounding tissues and joints. Read more here.

So amazing! I've been looking for a good chriropractor in KC for years (after having great chiro care in Houston and South Dakota), and haven't been impressed with the couple I've gone to.
